In this contest , you will create a card of your own naming/effect/ATK/DEF/Rank/Level. according to the info given in this topic. The info changes in each contest. The member who creates a monster. with the most balanced effect , Atk/Def points and summon conditions , wins!. This time I want to see a monster that somehow supports Exodia The Forbidden One . Winner gets 500 CP! Good luck all , it starts now!

Effect:You can also use 1 face-up "Seal Seeker" you control as the xyz material for this card.
You can detach 2 xyz material from it to add 1 "forbidden one" monster from your deck to your hand. You can only use this effect once while this card is face-up on the field and if you do, this card can not be used as xyz material until the End Phase of this turn.
You can detach 1 xyz material from this card to shuffle 1 "forbidden one" card from your graveyard or banished zone back into your deck. If the detached xyz material was a "Seal Seeker" you can put it on top of your deck instead.

Just thought that there were no exodia xyzs and that they have a lot of level 1 monsters... Nice combo with Kinka-Byo or a special summoned battle fader.
You can use 2nd eff to recycle and then overlay for another one to egain materials, so you can use the 1st effect.
"No xyz material" restriction added, prevents adding 2 pieces of exodia in 1 turn (using eff and then overlay twice to use it again)

Effect:
Cards cannot be activated when this card is summoned. When this can is Xyz summon using the any of "Forbidden one" as Xyz materials, target 1 "Exodia,The Forbidden One" from your deck, graveyard, or banished to the hand. This card can not be special summoned by any other way expect by xyz summon. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effect. Once per turn, detached 1 material from this card and discard one card from hand to add 1 monster from your deck, graveyard or banished and added it to the hand. When this card is removed from the field, return all "Forbidden One" monster from your hand, graveyard or banished to the deck and draw 2 cards.

This card is hard to summon if you notice. This card is meant for more in stalling than fast pace. You got to discard 1 card per turn, which makes his effect not abusive. This card be killed by chaos sorcerer, bls, or caius or galaxy eyes.

*His first effect is trying to add all five pieces to hand for instant win or set up support for his last effect.
*His last effect is a double edge sword. If the piece of exodia is banished or lost your poa, this cards could be a backup plan, yet if all four piece is in hand and only need 1 more. you got to restart again.

Seem balance, it is kind of like countdown but in 4 turns. Probably the hardest objective is to summon and keep him alive. His effect is recyclable yet not abusive.

The winner is Windaar! His monster had a pretty good balanced effect. Congratz , you won 500 DP! Zeke's one was good too but a bit too OP because once you summon it , it's pretty much good game. ^^.

It's a pity that there was only 1 opponent but I'm still happy :)
Maybe I'll make Seal Seeker in YGOCardMaker sometimes (if it can make xyz monsters) :D
