Dorm stuff

I was thinking maybe more can be done with the whole dorm system, possibly make a dorm head or something for the person who is the strongest person in that dorm who manages who in the dorm can play in inter-dorm tournaments or what role somebody plays.
Maybe also make it so scoring well in a test sends you up a dorm so that nobody can start in obelisk blue, probably not to big a deal though.

I was Planning on making a tournament for each dorm for the dorm head the only thing is we need more members on this academy.
