CDA Official Tester's Test!

To be a tester you need to score 45+ in your test (like what i mentioned in the staff recruitment topic) a Vice Chancellor or a Chancellor will see how good you are in a match duel and ask you 5 ruling questions. Also i was gonna make a testing system for the people who wanna be a tester and I will make the testing system hard for the people who wanna be a tester and take a tester's test. Because its more better if we get better people to be a tester. And we must quite not recruit more tester for today because we don't need more tester we just need more members if the academy grows more , that's the time that we might need to recruit more tester or rather recruit a person for chancellor position or rather say admin because that's is the usually name for it
