Anti-Exodia Card

Hi,
I created an Anti-Exodia card with yugiohcardmaker and I wanted to show it to you all. It's a card that negates Exodia's Effect as long as it's face-up on the field.
However, the costs you have to pay for this extremely epic effect are very high... but read it yourself:

Chains of the Forbidden One [Trap/Continuous]

Pay Life Points until you have only 100 left. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent can not win the duel using the effect of "Exodia, the Forbidden One". If this face-up card leaves the field, you lose the duel.

What do you think of it? I tried hard not to overpower it

Who uses exodia anyway? and if you use this against some dude who uses it , 1 attack from them and your dead and also 1 typhoon , 1 heavy , 1 dark bribe , 1 tools of the bandit or 1 solemn judgment and your pretty much dead as well!

Scary Exodia is very scary windaar

I faced a lot of exodia decks with nothing more than defense monsters, draw monsters or draw spells/traps
Against such no-offense-at-all-Decks it's very useful .
And btw, the costs are meant to be so high, cause the effect prevents the opponent from winning (you'll maybe just want to hang on one more turn)

But still very scary
